Everyone struggles with unwanted feelings at times, such as fear, anger, or disappointment. Perhaps you've survived a heartache, an abusive relationship, or you're in the midst of sorting out a painful conflict. Maybe you’ve tried to work out the issue on your own but still find yourself at an impasse. If you’d like someone to walk alongside of you and provide guidance, I can help.
As a counselor, I’ll help you gain insight into the root of your struggle and create a clear path toward change. I am compassionate, discerning, knowledgeable, and accessible. I’ll work with you in a collaborative way to establish a supportive environment suited to your needs.

Integrate Your Spiritual Life With Your Emotional Growth
One of the fastest growing models of psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), is an effective method for developing a harmonious inner life and a meaningful life of service to others. When integrated with Christian spirituality, IFS helps you understand and lead the disparate, and sometimes conflicted, parts of your soul in partnership with God. As a certified IFS practitioner, I can lead you on an exploration of your internal world in an exciting new way. IFS is one of the fastest growing models of psychotherapy today and an evidence-based practice.
According to the Center for Self Leadership, "As a clinical treatment, IFS has been rated effective for improving general functioning and well-being. In addition, it has been rated promising for each of: improving phobia, panic, and generalized anxiety disorders and symptoms; physical health conditions and symptoms; personal resilience/self-concept; and depression and depressive symptoms."
